Neuron's Neuroscience Corporate Training Program

Neuron completed the first-ever neuroscience study on corporate training in partnership with Management Cues, which quantified and proved a significant correlation between employees’ mental wellness and their work performance. In line with this result and Neuron’s mission to put humans and their mental wellness at the center of organizations, we are happy to announce Neuron’s Neuroscience Corporate Training Program to improve employees’ mental health. Leveraging the latest brain science, this training program empowers managers and executives with the best workplace strategies backed by neuroscience research to build trust, confidence, and give effective feedback.

Core Workshops in Neuroscience-Based Management Training

Neuron’s training program offers three core workshops – Building Trust, Building Confidence, and Giving Feedback. Each workshop focuses on essential skills and tangible actions managers can directly implement that have been proven to work by neuroscience. Each workshop includes three deliverables: the interactive live session, the session’s content in a PDF deck, and a written report with a description of each action that needs to be implemented and a citation of the neuroscience research article supporting it.

Building Trust in the Workplace

Trust is the foundation of strong workplace relationships. It creates relationships and bonds that last. In our Neuroscience of Trust workshop, we guide managers through research-backed methods to strengthen bonds within their teams, increasing both productivity and job satisfaction. Managers leave with actionable strategies to foster lasting, authentic relationships.

Instilling Confidence in Managers and their Teams

Confidence is a psychological state of assurance. As with any mental state, it can be instilled and trained with techniques. Our Neuroscience of Confidence workshop equips managers with science-based techniques to build confidence in themselves and their employees. This workshop creates a groundwork of skills, habits, and techniques for managers to create a positive, empowered culture and boost their own and their team’s self-assurance. Through engaging and research-backed exercises, participants learn to project confidence and foster a culture where self-assured communication and decision-making are second nature.

Giving Effective Feedback

Effective feedback is essential for growth. Our Neuroscience of Feedback workshop introduces the SCARF (Status, Certainty, Autonomy, Relatedness, and Fairness) and SBI (Situation, Behavior, and Impact) models to enhance feedback reception. Managers learn to navigate conversations effectively and give feedback that respects these domains, fostering a receptive and positive environment that boosts team morale.
